Tali Pelman is Group Creative Director for Stage Entertainment, which she joined in 2014 following a decade of producing in the West End and on Broadway. In her role she is responsible for strategy and creation of original content globally across the Stage Entertainment group.
Previously, Tali produced both independently and for the Ambassador Theatre Group. Select productions include: Olivier Award-winner for Best New Play The Mountaintop by Katori Hall, starring Samuel L. Jackson and Angela Bassett in its Broadway transfer; the acclaimed West End production of Martin Crimp’s The Misanthrope directed by Thea Sharrock starring Damian Lewis and Keira Knightley; the West End premiere of Neil LaBute’s Fat Pig; Riflemind by Andrew Upton directed by the late Philip Seymour Hoffman; the Broadway production of Ionesco’s Exit the King directed by Neil Armfield starring Geoffrey Rush, Susan Sarandon and Lauren Ambrose; Rent (West End), and new adaptations of Hair and Woyzeck directed by Daniel Kramer (Gate/ St Ann’s Warehouse). Between 2003 and 2006, Tali was Executive Director of the Gate Theatre.
A graduate of Columbia University, Tali was a Kohn Fellow at the London School of Economics and received her Executive MBA from the London Business School where she was awarded the Celia Atkin Scholarship. She is currently a board member of the Stage One Council.
