You can find out more below about the measures we have in place ready for your visit. Please read the following guidelines carefully and we thank you in advance for your understanding and support.

Face Masks / Coverings

You will be expected to wear your face mask / covering throughout your time at the theatre except while eating or drinking.

Security Check

We will be operating a contactless bag check. We will not be able to offer a cloakroom service at this time so please do not bring any items that cannot fit comfortably underneath your seat.

Contactless Ticketing

All tickets will now be e-tickets that can be printed at home or displayed on your phone. These will be registered using contactless scanners upon arrival, unless you’re already in receipt of a printed ticket.

Order From Seat

You will be able to pre-order your drinks and merchandise via our online menus which will be sent via text close to the day of the performance. This easy service which requires no registration will be connected to the information provided when you booked your tickets, so please remember to include a contact number when you book. Most orders will be delivered to your seat, so please make sure that after arrival someone in your party remains at your seats to receive them. For seats we cannot deliver to, collection points will be available.

Cashless Payment

Contactless payment will be available when purchasing refreshments or merchandise. We will not be accepting cash at this time.

Sanitiser Stations

Hand sanitising units will be available upon arrival and throughout the theatre.

Air Circulation

We will maximise the amount of fresh air circulating around the venue during every performance. Please be aware that in winter this may lower the temperature slightly or create draughts in the auditorium.

Singing Along

We kindly ask all patrons to refrain from singing along or loudly cheering at any time during the performance.

Autographs and Meeting Cast

Unfortunately, autograph signings, and audience and cast meet and greets are currently not possible.

Access

Ticketing Tips

HOT TIP

How do I get cheap tickets?

The cheapest tickets are available at Monday and Wednesday performances. There will be a wider range of prices available the further in advance you book.

When is the best time to book?

We recommend booking at least four weeks in advance to take advantage of the range of prices available.

Do you have an early evening performance?

Yes. Monday evening performances begin at 7pm.

Which seats are the best?

For the best experience take a look at our range of premium tickets located in the front of the dress circle and the centre of the stalls. Premium prices begin at £95.

When is the best availability?

Typically there is better availability Monday-Thursday evenings.

Are tickets available last minute?

Whilst the show is very busy and frequently sells out there are often some tickets available on the day of the performance. Check this website or visit the box office to find out what is available.

Are Restricted View seats bad?

Many of the restricted view seats offer a generally good view of the stage but you may miss a few moments of the action. These seats are usually priced lower to reflect this and can be a good value option.
