Ben is currently the Music Supervisor and Orchestrator for the UK tours of Hairspray and Shrek.

Previous credits as musical director include:  Jersey Boys (Trafalgar Theatre), Gypsy (Buxton Opera Festival), Everybody’s Talking About Jamie (UK Tour), Les Miserables (UK and International Tour), Strictly Ballroom (Piccadilly Theatre, London, Princess of Wales, Toronto, West Yorkshire Playhouse), Hairspray (UK Tour, Leicester Curve), Chicago (UK Tour), Oliver! (Leicester Curve), Oklahoma! (UK Tour), The Sound of Music, Chicago, Piaf, Hello, Dolly! (Leicester Curve).  

As Assistant Musical Director: The King and I (UK Tour), 42nd Street (Leicester Curve).  

Ben grew up in Leicestershire and trained at Cambridge University and the Royal Academy of Music.
