Infinite Catering is a business founded by Shirrel and Karl, a couple of Jamaican descent. Their passion for cooking was inspired by their parents and grandparents, who came over to the UK in the Windrush Generations, bringing their knowledge, skills, and techniques over with them.
Shirrel and Karl started Infinite Catering in 2018 after the closure of their restaurant, Island Flavas in Greenwich. It was one of their main goals to own a restaurant and at the age of 30 – and they did it.
They never gave up as it was a passion for them to deliver Authentic Caribbean food to people within the UK and worldwide. Shirrel and Karl now have over 10 years of experience within the food industry and believe that hard work is the key to success. The couple are very passionate about providing locally sourced quality food alongside good service.
Infinite Catering is a company that provides a variety of Caribbean dishes to suit everyone’s pallet. They cater for Festivals, Streetfood events, Private Dining, Corporate Events, Special Occasions and lots more. They have also recently launched their very own Jerkalicious Marinade and Rumalious Punch!
